Réal has multiplied his areas of intervention throughout his career, making him exceptionally adaptable. Over 25 years of experience in negotiation with manufacturers, distributors, and service providers. He has negotiated international trade contracts with Europe and the United States. He is an expert in all types of problem-solving such as: conflicts, disputes, litigation, etc. He is also familiar with the demands of service providers for sea and air freight.

Réal Paquin, President/Owner of NCRP International
In 1995 he founded an international trade company where he worked until 1999 and negotiated several contracts with Europe and the United States.
He has over 25 years of experience in the field. He has negotiated all types of contracts and agreements: international trade, broadcasting, labour, service agreements, and collective agreements, representing both the employer’s and the union’s side.
He has also acted as a CEO. First at Unite (Montreal/New York), an international advocacy organization. In 2002, he became its media spokesperson and represented it on different occasions and at several events, such co-chairing the Sectorial Labour Committee of the Quebec Textile Industry. Then, from 2005 to 2014, he shared his experience with the Montreal teachers’ union Alliance des Professeures et Professeurs de Montréal. He supervised all the operational activities and ensured the achievement of objectives set by the Board of Directors. In both organizations, his responsibilities have helped him formulate improvements in positioning and strategic plans and implement them in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
Réal has always sought to remain a generalist while also evolving as an expert in problem-solving. He has helped rescue several companies and employees. From 1993 to 1998 he set up a number of joint recovery committees (CAMOs). He has worked on regional and local growth in close collaboration with economic and community development corporations (CDEC) and the Fonds de Solidarité, a Québec development capital organization.
He was an active member of the technical committee of the Regional Development Council of the Montréal Island. His many years of service have helped him master the intricacies of organizational change management in mergers, rationalizations, acquisitions, and divestment in public companies. He has worked mainly in the following sectors: business services, food services, arts, entertainment and leisure activities, retail, wholesale, graphic communications, construction, IT and cultural industries, oil and gas, manufacturing, education services, the health sector and social services, and transport and warehousing.
As for his contribution to the community, he has served as President of the Board of Directors of the Celiac Disease Foundation of Quebec, where he instituted a process aimed at refocusing the organization’s mission and services on its members. He was also active at the human resources level of the Foundation supervising the hiring of a CEO and an Administrative Assistant. In addition, he chaired the symposium and General Meeting of the members. Finally, Réal is also involved in helping relationships with people in need.
